At some point Mullen Automotive will reverse split the stock to bring the share structure more in line with a more reasonable market cap. A reverse split will destroy the shareprice while lowering the outstanding share count. The authorized share count always Remains the Same and they will begin to reissue new shares from the static AS into the lowered OS.
