Good question. My post is in regards to what r/s outstanding shares would be versus the current number outstanding shares/7000. 37 Billion is the new authorized maximum amount of shares the company may issue in the future. The previous authorized number was 20B. The number of outstanding shares currently issued is 7.9B.
