[quote=red]"So now victims of fraud are guilty as well. Great got it."

FYI... Troy was not a "victim." As CEO is was HIS responsibility to conduct legal due diligence on every contract he signed and the people involved. He signed the documents and took the money from LG, Ironridge and others knowing full well that as those debts would be paid off with BILLIONS of deeply discounted shares that simply didn't exist at the time. He didn't care... printing shares cost him nothing. By the time this dumpster fire burned down there were what... 45, 46 BILLION?

No the only "victims" were the ignorant and gullible people he and his cheerleaders duped and whose shares now rot in the "quints"... that's 5 ZEROES followed by a 1. Anyone who bought 100 million shares at the purported "bottom" of .0001 paid $10,000 for them. Those 100 million shares are now worth precisely $100

-Which crooks are you referring to.. LG Capital or Troy Covey? I think history proves it was Preacher Boy Troy who's responsible for screwing this company and its investors by slithering into bed with toxic financiers. If he didn't fully understand how those deals work he had zero business running a public company.

As far as "the government giving crooks all the tools they need to succeed" --they are actively prosecuting "unregistered" toxic financiers like LG Capital and others. However, there are plenty that ARE "registered" and still send companies into death spirals. It's 100% legal and based on contract law.
