SEC has no issues with them as they move ahead. Any proof to the contrary? DIdn't think so.

I remain, like many PCTL longs, positive, patient, locked, loaded, and ready to roll up, Up, UP
in Q3/Q4, and beyond. Catalysts are being worked for inked deals. Here's to a greener future!

Ticker will get huge interest; contracts lift it high!
