List of questions for the next cc

1) Long ago, Lodrane was Elite's only claim to fame but the FDA quickly pulled the rug
out from under Lodrane along with about 500 other over the counter drugs with ingredients
for making serious drugs. But it seems Lodrane is once again being sold.
Could Elite get back into that, or perhaps some other OTC drugs?

2) When are we likely to get another ANDA approved (or CRL'd)?

3) Please update us on the Dexcel partnership in Israel.

4) Is the launch of generic Sabril going well?

5) Any progress on getting generic Doxycycline partnered and launched?

6) Any update on Methadone in Jails?

7) Any update on OXY?

8) Did you make any progress on the marketing of Elite's products by ELITE?

9) We saw that TEVA had issues with Adderall API's and they were out of stock -
do we see an impact on Elite's demand for Adderal?

10) Can you please provide some color around the loan? Where is the money being spent?

11) Can you please clarify how many drugs are co-owned with Mikah?
