Are insider’s able to start buying again soon. This is getting ridiculous. Dale has a great opportunity to show how much he believes, or does not.

Insiders can buy 2 days after the quarterly report is released. The quarterly report will likely come out sometime this week. Dale originally bought into HGEN for the CAR-T indication. He might buy a massive amount of shares at the current rock bottom share price.
