The fact that a number of states, blue of course, in addition to the whouse declaring it a natl emergency ensures there will be federal and state funding.

Not saying geovax will receive any of it but if they do the pps will surely fly, thus rendering "the chart" obsolete.

The tiny os and float most definitely supports such an outcome.
