So LG CAPITAL won a default judgment against APT...then 10 days later the SEC sues LG and demands ''disgorgement'' of ill gotten financial gains. So what...you're expecting a check from the SEC? Why would they just turn the ticker back over to the same idiot who wrecked it in the first place by lining his pockets with cash from multiple toxic financiers? Troy should never be allowed within 1,000 miles of a public company.
