No-Money ENAMI_wants a_lithium Exploitation_permit from_Ministry
of Mining directly for start-up in 2029... since it takes 7 years to get a lithium mine going/producing in Chile... or so they say.

But there is no mention of the ENAMI mine's location in the request documents submission. Hmmm, I seem to recall the Minister of Anti-Mining Marcela Hernando had a big problem with mine locations not being fully detailed in Pinera/Jobet's 2021 Lithium Tender for 5 LCE exploitation permits of 80,000mt each... I wonder if she will be so picky during this permit review for ENAMI?
