Not true dozendogs, as SYSX is overdue updating the market on what happened to their own self imposed deadline on Ostendo of July 31st ok.

CEO had properly disclosed 3 possible outcomes ie: the closing, another extension or an outright termination...yet he's failed to bother informing the market on any of the 3 potential outcomes glty
