I have some very important info:

From Post #377 from BioDieselnow forum,

Well I had a nice talk with Mr. Rivera today, he picked up on the second ring. He was pleasant and tried to answer every one of my questions. Southern hospitality at its finest, also there was lots of 'construction noise' in the backgroung, He said the sec. of energy from the Dom. Republic is there shaking his head saying this cannot be happening.......
This is what he told me:
In a vacuum(29in of merc), they heat up an area to(watts in) 750F but because its in a vacuum, they get an effective temp of 2500F. they add alum and 2 other catalysts and 1 enzyme. The enzyme is used to somehow attach 'NANOBACTERIA' and the carbon/hydrogen bonds in soy to water to extract energy out of water. He insists on saying that they get energy out of water, he said I could com down anytime and watch!
We got into the BTU of soy vs water content, he added the water to that formula(14% is the cutoff for the term 'dry soy'
(In a vacuum @ 2500F w/catalysts and enzymes, the 'nanobac' pilfer the hydrogen energy from water, this is where the BTU's come from! He insists he is only adding ambient air, inorganic catalysts, 440kw/hr/(40t of processed material/day) and soy to the material balance. He mentioned that most of this was Kw went to 'drying' machines on the beltline. He insists that he has an EROI of 9(.9out/.1 used in the process) He made 20.1 lbs of fert@80% weight carbon 737.

Well I hope this helps explain JR's process! Remember the 'guy' from biodeiselnow forum is against USSE's technology because his process and company would be hurt from USSE's 'New Technology'.
