Well, at least the fictional author wrote a sequel called" Stock Purchase Agreement" AKA" Letter on Intent". I'm sure this, like everything else, will not happen.
He's just turning his failures into fictional novels. It makes for good reading but not so much for investing. What successful company worth anything would surrender itself to a penny stock? This makes no sense
Just like everything in his life makes NO CENTS
