I don’t know the answers to this I wanted to throw it out for discussion. Delfin bought TGLO to RM because it is cheaper than IPO. I would think the ultimate goal would be to up list to the big boards. I don’t know the rules there but I would think minimum SP is one of them say $2 a share? So I would think if you are using TGLO why wouldn’t you leak it let the stock run then do the FID and RM so stock can run again with news.
