APPROVAL of the Constitution Rewrite September 4 is the kiss of death for all junior lithium miners in Chile as it opens the door to reclassifying lithium as a water and playing right into the greedy conniving thieving parasitic hands of the Mapuche et al indians who want to have all brine lithium mining subjected to the their ancient Inca gods' laws on water flowing down from the higher elevations... which is bound to eventually include an additional 25% kickback from the lithium miners to the Inca gods... ie that 25% paid to gods via sticky fingers "middlemen/facilitators" Mapuche witch doctors all coincidentally driving brand new fully tricked-out 2023 Mercedes Benz electric cars.

1. WE NEED A REJECTION OF THE CONSTITUTION REWRITE ON SEPTEMBER 4.
2. We need the 4/7 approving quorum enacted in the Lower Chamber of Deputies AND the Senate.
3. We then need the Chilean Congress in total to repeal the Pinochet era Strategic Mineral Classification on Lithium lorded over by the useless/corrupt bureaucrats at CChEN and allow LCE export quota licenses to be sold to the miners within their EIA approval/guidelines (eg 80,000mt over 20 years for an estimated $60,000,000 per whack up front payable to the Federal Chilean Comptroller is do-able) or for these licenses even to simply be treated like copper, gold, silver, and soon cobalt in terms of allowable export quota (per the miner's approved SEA sustainability parameters) which immediately will break the back of the Chilean Lithium mafia in Chile and start refilling the depleted State tax coffers in Chile.
4. Congress then needs to allow SQM & Albemarle to buy their Atacama land and the JV position from landlord CORFO at market rate and then run their lithium mines like a normal White man (with un-subsidized/sham property/machinery depreciation and full capital improvement/enhancement at the miner's discretion/ability) would run a standard taxable business which immediately levels the entire playing field for all lithium miners in Chile.
