RECAF has a "tight-hole" designation...In other words, whatever results they get,
it is only privy to those who are supposed to receive that information. Exactly when
it gets released to the public I do not know, however, it may be that the government
of Namibia may have to give its approval first. Also from today's presentation,
RECAF will open a data-room in the 3rd quarter to select a JV partner.
