LMFAO!! That is not true. Most experienced and seasoned investors know that a Failure to Deliver (FTD) does not equate with a synthetic share or a share sold short. The REG SHO report has often been misinterpreted over the years. All the FTD's are is shares not delivered on the trade date in our T+2 days settlement system. Shares need not be delivered on Trade date, but rather are only due and required to be delivered on the settlement date, 2 business days after the trade date. The notion that there are somehow a bunch of fake or synthetic shares out there is utter nonsense.

So What is an FTD then
