No it's not me selling. But any retail with a Fidelity account pays zero commissions, no matter how large or small an order. It certainly does making scaling in and out nice and easy, not worrying about the added penalty of paying commissions.

That's also why there are so many "MM signal" orders like 911 shares etc. these days. It's people fooling around because they don't pay any commissions.
