No, you misinterpreted. The very least NelList will get are licensing fees with possible royalties.
If they get nothing as in an award for damages how do legal fees out strip licensing/royalty fees~? They don't.

Those licensing fees gathered over a decade will still amount to a couple of $Billion.
All three of these companies colluded against NetList. Look at the EU situation.

I also saw you post that this suit with Google was only worth a couple of hundred million when I first jumped in. You were wrong then.

NetList will be awarded damages IMO.

EU suit will solidify the collusion, if it hasn't already, IMO.
