only said that because the new ceo isn't the one touted on twitter who took a company from zero to sell it at 400 mil. the address given for 4D is a small residential house in NY. So...

Not sure why the company filed in TX with that address. Rather curious. It's why a decent announcement should have been made re more than...hey, you'll get it when you get it.
