Going concern, massive neg debts, their going to drill potentially a few wells? Fairly predictable press release because of track record.

I just don’t understand the strategic long term plan here with these types of filings. Where’s the potential upside for a potential new public common stock buyer?

Those are imo terrible numbers. Especially with imo low % owned in kern. But yet, for such a low % owned in kern, why all of this tremendous massive debt? If daybreak is so in debt, how are they keeping doors open, right? So are they making any profit at all? Only 1 buyer for their production in kern? What occurs if that goes away?

Because imo, that looks impossible with those numbers and low % owned in kern.
