Your right Joda. I do believe TM will do as he said and give us some information this week in a PR. If we can't slap an injunction on the DTCC and have that stick temperarily, we have NO SHOT at winning some type of lawsuit imo. Not sure what the major problem is for the DTCC other than pure greed. If its just pure greed then we could easily win a temperary injunction against the DTCC and start trading this imho.
