United States Georgia naked shorted , and SEC claimed fraud with no proof , fed. judge let trading continue after the SEC suspended trading for 10 days..


United States Massachusetts Deal and have dealt with hundreds of public micro cap companies that have been irrepairably annihilated from naked short shelling. In some cases have caused companies to file chapter 11. We definitely need stricter legislation and accountability from the broker dealers and the clients they represent.


United States Indiana Its hard to invest in new technologies when shorting is driving companies to bankrupcy. Keep an eye on off-shore naked shorting.
