I knew what it read.. I spells out that they were trying to make changes to the shares in someway increase a/s or something maybe because this was for a Reverse Merger to take place or on a convertible what they call a triggering event.

Everything I post is my opinion. I only work and trade for myself not employed or compensated by anyone or firm in the financial industry... and I never short stocks...
