Well, if EGY can minimize those payouts

to TGA folks it will help...

And do it cashless if possible...

Give them shares for parting gifts

and then the share buybacks offset

those then...

Will be nice to have EGY dividend

doubled in next payment if they can

get merger closed quick enough...

And the TGA folks can then share

in the bigger dividend...

It is looking sweet...

So we watch...LJ
