I personally think they should put all their efforts in Setting up cafes in Dubai. Along with their "Lamborghini's and Porsche's Only" parking spots, They can try a bunch of donut specials, like...." Coming and try our 2 for 1 donut special. Buy one of our specially made donuts for $250,000, And we will throw in One of our "Get healthy" condos". Of course there, many of the customers would probably eat the donut and tell them they can keep the condo.
