Granted some of that is still a little ways off in the future, new refineries in those parts makes mega-sense, since they would also be relatively close to many Canadian sands. Combine that with the super-highway rumor, which also makes much sense, and NVMG is in a most enviable position for major growth.

The scant $7.7M marketcap for just what we know of today represents a major buying opp. A comparison of just one of their leases, to other's, is proof of that.
