All Investors:
'Tom P' you remember the fraud cases of Martha Stewart and CEO of Enron Corporation. Their jail time was to short. Stock fraud CEO's should get 30 to 50 years of jail time -- no questions asked. I know this is impossible with the current climate ties between the politicans and big business. So until then, I will settle for the mediocre 5 to 10 years for stock fraud.
Investors: But, I don't think Mr. Plant, CEO of CKYS, with a family, trying to build a new business versus maintaining an old business would put himself in a position of fraud. Now, I could be wrong and yes he could be kin to the CEO of Enron. But, I doubt it.
We should step back, relax, and wait for an explanation from Mr. Plant and the SEC. If one sold their stocks without waiting for an offical explanation, they are putting themselves up for a loss. If stockholders sell their stock upon opening on the first day of trading, I will try to buy as much of the cheaper stock as I can. I don't want to, but if it goes down, I will buy as much as I can. A better day is coming.
Tom P, thanks for your comments. They are true satisfying to hear.
Happy Trading and Good Luck to All
