I actually think this is great news. This means they have the experience and connections to make money and not be on the losing end. I would rather have that than some random founder with zero experience in this OTC world because as we can see with other tickers a good business isn't everything. I can see no reasonable explanation that involves them diluting this to worthless. Given all of that I feel this is going to be a home run!
