At this time that's how company is legally set up.
Dave's Way Period.
I'm not sure... if the board of directors
Could fire him/forced resignation.. if that were possible it would probably be terrible because I'm pretty sure
Dave would then turn into a vindictive bitch and
Sell his massive share count on the cheap
Destroying sp.
So for our vote to actually have a voice of change,
Either company legal structure has to change(doubtful)
Or a buyout.
