Good point DJ. I guess the CEO could simply claim that there's been no official decision in writing yet on closing, extending or terminating the Ostendo deal...so that is why he hasn't bothered providing any update on the stated July 31st Ostendo closing deadline.

I guess he can claim that's the case...but with the reverse split vote now only 1 week away...not sure the share price will hold up through the end of the week if the CEO remains silent on what's going on with the Ostendo closing glta
