Given all the previous delays one's gotta think/believe the Ostendo closing has either been mutually extended in writing by now...or Ostendo has notified SYSX they're terminating...but no excuse for SYSX CEO to not bother providing any clarity one way or the other!

And the 3rd option would be that they finally closed the Ostendo deal of course...but if that were the case, then they'd file an 8k stating so instead of remaining silent past their 96 hour window of providing clarity on their last stated Ostendo closing deadline of July 31st coming and going with ZERO material update.
