The new owner(s) will have to evict the Foley-Coyote Crime Fambly from the 311 hovel. That usually requires a 30- or 60-day notice to quit and then a court filing to gett a writ of execution to gett the local sheriff to evict. However, the tenants can delay eviction by another 40 days after they receive the writ.

So, mebbe by Thanksgiving or ''in time for the Holiday season'' to quote Foley-Coyote back in 2014 re: the bestselling NP-1 Nuvulva.

With his credit wreckord, who would rent to this vermin?? Of course he only needs to worry about housing for a cuppla more years after which his three hotts and a cot will be paid for by the USA taxpayers.

Butt, beware and be aware (and be a Lert) because evictions in Cali can take over a year IF the tenant knows how to fight it and delay it. A common ploy is to countersue that the property is nott habitable or contains health risks and claim that is the reason for nott paying rent or similar counterclaims and defenses that will S-L-O-W down the process of eviction in DaCourt.
