Per the cooperation agreement with Schmid


5. Term of Agreement, Termination


5.1. This agreement becomes valid with its signing by both parties with an effective date of March 1, 2021 and shall remain in force for 6 months thereafter. After this period, it shall be automatically extended (i) as needed for the parties to satisfy their respective obligations set forth in Sections 1.2 and 1.3 which by their express terms may extend past 6 months, and (ii) thereafter, by one-month increments unless one party terminates it by written notice to the other party at least one month before the expiry date.
