Just a thought. The powers that are keeping this PPS down???? Access Bank???? DBW Big Money??? Big Drug Companies???? Hey may seem a little far out but when it comes to money anything is possible. There are other interests out there that could pay out to somebody for their benefit more money than Xkem is trying to borrow. I am sure it would not be the first time it has happenned. Just searching for answers. Hopefully we will know soon what is going on. Something definitely is not right here.
