OLB to present at SIDOTI & CO. Virtual Investor Conference on August 17, 2022 from 10:45 - $11:15. This should be a very timely presentation, as 2nd Quarter earnings are scheduled to be out by then, and there should be more positive developments, IMO. Let's remember some recent reasons to be optimistic and why investors will want to tune in to the meeting:

- OLB is an under-followed Fintech company projecting annualized revenue run rate of $36 Million-$38 Million by end of year vs. 2021 revenue of $9.6 Million.

- Increase in revenues projected from organic growth, acquisitions, new initiatives in crypto payments and Bitcoin mining.

- Diversified revenue sources (with no customer representing more than 1% of total revenue) offering Fintech, eCommerce merchant services and Bitcoin mining.

- With zero corporate debt, the Company had $4 million in cash on hand (as of March 31, 2022) and recently announced a stock buyback program of up to 1
million shares, with the buyback to begin following release of 2nd quarter earnings..

- Increase in revenues projected from organic growth, acquisitions, new initiatives in crypto payments and Bitcoin mining (currently only 2% of revenues).
