I sold SIG today at $66.16. Decided with market up wanted to raise a little more cash, will look to buyback on weakness. But right now I would say Upper 60's are the top end of the range, and Low to mid 50's are the bottom. Time will tell if I'm right took a profit nonetheless. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
