From the sounds of that news ,It would seem the Iraqi Goverment would want to Raise or RE VALUE the Dinar BEFORE Investors start buying.And I don't think 1100-1 or 1200-1.usd would be a very smart move on their part.Why wouldn't the Iraqi people want to get all they can from these deals.?? Rick C
