patriotcat2002 I know you didn't address your post to me but for UPS to grant Xechem the loan they also needed 2 Nigerian Bank guarantees to go with the EXIM Bank backing. One of them was the Access Bank in Nigeria. Seems there is a holdup and even speculation another bank has stepped up in it's place.
