Wii1dr, RMO will track closely with NKLA share price. Although NKLA shares have already risen significantly following the announcement of the deal with RMO, and after reporting positive Q2 earnings, I expect the NKLA share price to continue to rise following the final passage of the climate/health/tax Bill in Congress. At the time the deal closes, sometime before the end of October, RMO share price will be around 0.1186 the NKLA share price (i.e., the exchange rate announced in the deal).
