Hey, rdavis, you simply can't understand that "silly" phrase as you put it because you are who you are. Many go through their entire life not understanding how brave people behave and thinking that their own weakness in the face of adversity is somehow being smart. Have you ever fought in the military? Ever play sports/wrestle against an obviously stronger opponent? I doubt you have because you haven't "grown" to understand how winners think versus losers. Do you think focusing on dying or losing the game/event is how brave people/winners think in those situations?
That's my last response to you on this because I'm sure you don't "get it". No matter how this plays out, you're fearful comments will never look dignified. When it plays out positively as I believe, then your publically expressed nervous and fearful-of-the-outcome comments will be obvious of those with a personality like ....yours.
