Its quite simple why it’s trading at a penny.

You have several who are regularly unloading nonstop. Those sellers do not care what PR SFIO spins. The few longs who vent out about this get attack.

Watch carefully when SFIO gets even close to 2 cents. Thers is a reason for this.

This is why I said, SFIO will never trade over 2 cents again - prove me wrong please.

SFIO going under 1 cent is a matter of time just like no body ever thought SFIO will sink from 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1.

SFIO claiming to be on tract to earn $100M this year! Not real!

SFIO claiming to uplist OTCQB this year. Fantasy!

SFIO claming BIG expansion for Epiphany this year. Maybe on Mars.

SFIO more concern on promoting their ticker in NYC then focusing on getting an audit done. What a joke.
