Moreover, to the extent that Optec might be taking the position that it does not have to answer questions at deposition or produce documents if those documents are already publicly available, the argument is not well-taken if merely a delay tactic designed to thwart Plaintiff's efforts to attach assets pursuant to an order that this Court issued almost ten months ago.
