This article seems to suggest the rental market is cooling off, but I find that hard to believe when housing market sales are cooling off. Like you, I think we will see good demand for rental housing going forward. I could see the rental markets having a bit of a pullback in places where there has been big population movement to, like Florida and Texas.....but honestly, if the less free areas like New York, Chicago, Montreal, and California continue with their nonsense policies, you'll continue to see outward migration.
