Have the US government declare monkeypox an emergency so doctors don't have to spend three hours filling out forms before treating a patient. This is what they have to do now. Have gay and bisexual men tested frequently for presence of the virus. Step up production of the two known vaccines that are effective in order to contain the spread.

I agree. The disease isn't fatal, far from it, the way Covid variants have shown to be so deadly. The virus isn't spread in the air. It is spread through skin-to-skin contact.

Hoping more gay men get infected so the stock price will go up I find extremely distasteful.
