Its been ONE YEAR since SFIO completed the reverse merger and still have NOT announced an auditor.

In January 2022 SFIO Management claimed “we will begin the audit process by next week” LIE!

Today is August 7 and NO announcement of an auditor of any kind expect Hostage-TV (bridge) to gas up more of its shenanigans to its shareholders.

Stock today sits at a PENNY with a humiliating market capitalization from a company that is claiming to be earning $100M in 2022.

In my humble opinion of course :)
