I'm in $AMC for the MOASS squeeze only. Why this preferred equity dividend at this time, even New York Angelo isn't too sure what the deal is. And as pointed out this is not the first time Popcorn tried to dilute shares, although this will not be a straight up dilution. If this triggers an investigation after the proxy comes back and stops the squeeze from happening, then we will know the intentions of why he did what he did.

And if this squeeze is ruined by an inappropriate action many will be very spiteful for sure. $GME diluted and now $AMC. Is there a pattern here~?
