A "LEGAL CLAUSE" Of MULN Being a "Closed Company"
With Dave having 73% voting rights !!!
Adding Shares up from Dave and insiders only amounted to 29% from other documents at the time.
And also (a fishy move) of announcing a Past Dateline rather than a Future Date for Vote Count Tally. Odd !?!?
I learned, like many here a lesson... concerning that Legal Clause. I thought it was Only in Private Company and Stinky Pinky OTC Outfits. No idea NASDAQ permitted that. You did not know that either, majority of sh didn't know that.
It is what it is now. So we see what and how he makes moves for the company.
Oh and the $20 ... Will Take Longer ( that's okay).
I got in as an investor in the beginning... Saw the hype possibilities of squeeze/dilution/retail majority float and thought, well hell this thing could explode in a heart beat.
It didn't... I'm okay with seeing about a long win. If it doesn't happen boo hoo. Hey it's a high risk growth start up, c'mon some boom and some thud. I doubt you're batting 1000% hahaha
Oh and why say retail didn't own the float... then say now they don't own it anymore ? It's okay.
