Anyone else find the wording in the Nigerian scam pr a little questionable?

If the bs Nigerian company entered into a MOU with pct, why in the world would the cash infusion be made to maverick so they could drill and manage the wells? Funny, pct didn't mention the MOU was with Maverick, or even their bullshit joint venture with maverick. But Maverick gets all the cash? Hmmm... So much for the 8m in can infusion bugernose claimed pct was receiving from Nigeria.
