Look, economies of scale, manufacturing efficiencies, and production require a lot of dedicated effort and attention. Can that be achieved when Hyzon's CEO and the general manager for Europe take a month away for demonstration initiatives? There are only so many hours in a week, etc.

I accept that demonstrations are necessary, but where and by whom are key. Is there a senior sales manager for Hyzon Europe? Hyzon is a small, growing company, and each division is looking for significant order volumes. My point is too few personnel, lack of clear divisions of responsibilities, and appropriate supervision can lead to all sorts of problems -- remediable, but unnecessary.

An annotated organization chart would help explain/resolve many questions. After all, several deals have been announced in the past year, but investors should understand the status and scope of each. In any event, the consultant's work should be on a tight turnaround.
