Now, if you commit a crime and get punished you have a record that follows you. Not so with creating paper companies and cheating investors out of thousands of dollars. However, we are led to believe the SEC has our backs. Phooey!

There is NO penalty for these wayward entrepreneurs that dream up fantasy businesses and get away with it. They just get DELISTED. That is it, end of that scam and move on to the next.
